Colby Karhan's judicial philosophy is grounded in fairness, over a decade of legal experience, and dedication to the Constitution and the rule of law. As judge, he will lead efforts to guide Navarro-smart economic development, reduce the court backlog, strengthen relationships between the county, city, and other municipalities, and serve as the county's strongest and most experienced advocate with state and federal partners.

Budgets reflect priorities. Colby Karhan will work to ensure that taxpayer dollars remain directed toward essential services—like public safety and roads—while new and incoming tax base aligns with Navarro County priorities and long-term goals.
